01 What stays on your device

All of your answers and progress are stored locally on your device only:

• Your eligibility quiz answers
• Your document checklist progress
• Your points calculator inputs
• Your application timeline and milestone progress

02 What is processed for purchases

The app offers an optional one-time purchase ("Pathfinder Pro," ₩12,000). Payments are handled entirely by Google Play Billing — payment details, card numbers, and billing addresses are never seen or stored by the developer.

To validate purchases and restore them across reinstalls, the app uses Adapty (adapty.io), a purchase-infrastructure service. Adapty processes pseudonymous data required for this purpose: a randomly generated app user ID, device and platform information (device model, OS version, locale), and purchase transaction data from Google Play. Adapty does not receive your name, email, or any of your in-app answers. See Adapty's privacy policy for details.

03 Notifications

If you enable timeline reminders, notifications are scheduled locally on your device. No notification data leaves your device, and you can revoke notification permission at any time in Android settings.

04 What the app doesn't do

• No advertising, and no advertising identifiers
• No analytics or tracking SDKs
• No collection of names, email addresses, contacts, photos, or location
• No sale or sharing of data with third parties, other than the purchase processing described above
• No data collection from children; the app is intended for adults navigating immigration processes

05 Data retention and deletion

Because your data lives only on your device, you are in full control: clearing the app's storage or uninstalling the app deletes it. Purchase records held by Google Play and Adapty are retained per their own policies; to exercise data rights regarding purchase records, you may also contact us and we will assist.

06 Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (including under Korea's Personal Information Protection Act and the GDPR), you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data. Since no personal data about you is held, most requests are satisfied by the device-level deletion described above — but we will help with any request relating to purchase validation data processed via Adapty.

07 Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, this page and the effective date will be updated. Material changes will be noted in the app's update notes.
